Role: Facebook Ads Specialist / Facebook Campaigns Manager
Location: Remote work (ideally based in the Philippines or a country offering competitive quality/cost)
Contract Type: Part time, for a long relationship, hours needed will increase depending on the company's needs.
We are seeking a Facebook Ads expert who knows how to drive results and optimize ROI. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing our Facebook advertising campaigns. You will also be required to perform constant A/B testing, manage the ad budget, and be able to work with different types of campaigns (lead generation, online training sales, etc.).
Your role will be crucial in meeting our objectives of increasing the number of appointments, improving our ad performance, and growing our revenue.
- Set up, manage and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Implement audience, pixel, and other settings on Facebook Ads.
- Conduct A/B tests on various aspects of the ads (creatives, headlines, audience, etc.) and interpret the results to improve performance.
- Document all tests and learnings to facilitate takeover of work by other team members if needed.
- Collaborate with our Marketing Director and implement his ideas and copywriting.
- Make our campaigns profitable from the first month.
- Excellent command of English, French is a plus.
- Over 3 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads.
- Proven experience generating a ROAS greater than 4x.
- Experience in the infopreneurship or coaching sector is a plus.
- A proactive person who enjoys challenges and is capable of documenting and organizing their work.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and the Meta Ads ecosystem.
- Able to set up a Meta Pixel.
