The Role

In this role, you will impact the manufacturing process by accurately fabricating components, supporting production goals, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform basic fabrication tasks including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal or other materials according to blueprints and work orders.
  • Operate fabrication machinery and hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
  • Inspect fabricated components for quality and adherence to specifications, reporting any defects or discrepancies.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments with demonstrated ability to perform basic fabrication tasks.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Experience operating brake press or laser cutting equipment with sheet steel, ensuring precision and safety.
  • Strong knowledge of using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Basic understanding of quality inspection and adherence to fabrication standards.

We expect this role, dedicated to the IGS business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.
