Fabric Manager, Analytics Engineering

You will be central in shaping and driving the development of our Analytics Engineering department and delivering value to our clients across the Health industry. One of your core responsibilities will be designing, implementing, and scaling solutions based on Microsoft Fabric, ensuring that clients leverage the full potential of modern data platforms.

In this role, you’ll combine technical leadership and commercial development - working closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them from strategy to implementation. 

Intellishore is a data, AI, and strategy consultancy founded in 2013 with the idea of providing clients with a seamless combination of strategic and technical expertise. Today, we are more than 80 skilled, entrepreneurial, and passionate employees with diverse backgrounds including data engineering, economics, business, marketing, and data science. We have an office in Copenhagen and in Zürich.

We are looking for an experienced individual with both a consulting mindset and deep technical competencies, especially in Fabric architecture and implementation. If you recognize yourself in the following, you might be the one we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience from a consultancy within data analytics or platform projects.
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric architecture and implementation, including design, integration, governance, and deployment of end-to-end data solutions.
• Experience driving sales, client relationships, and account ownership.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Energetic, outgoing, and ambitious personality with strong communication skills.
