The Fab Systems Director is responsible for leading the company's information systems strategy and execution in support of semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role oversees enterprise applications, software development, cybersecurity, IT governance, and digital transformation initiatives. Objectives:

- Lead cybersecurity governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Manage the information systems project portfolio and change governance.
- Assign system ownership, backup coverage, and cross-training.
- Provide executive reporting and coordinate with business departments.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and department documentation.
- Manage technology vendors and strategic technology partnerships.

Compensation:
$155,000-175,000
