Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain NAS solutions tailored for enterprise needs.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define and implement practical storage solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and innovative solutions to optimize storage performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain software applications and tools using Golang.
- Ensure APIs are well-documented, easy to use, and integrate seamlessly with our storage solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to storage systems and infrastructure.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in the storage domain.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the storage industry with a focus on NAS solutions for enterprises.
- Strong proficiency in Golang and experience in developing high-performance, scalable software.
- In-depth knowledge of storage protocols, file systems, and data management techniques.
- Experience with storage hardware and software solutions, including RAID, SSDs, and SAN.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols relevant to storage systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical solutions for complex storage challenges.
