Red Rock Ford of Dickinson is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced F&I professional or a top-performing automotive sales professional ready to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities
- Present financing, leasing, warranty, and vehicle protection products to customers.
- Secure financing through a network of lending partners.
- Ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurate and compliant.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and finance sources.
- Maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth buying process.
- Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Automotive dealership experience required.
- Previous F&I experience preferred.
- We will consider exceptional automotive sales professionals with a proven track record.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Customer-first attitude with high ethical standards.
- Professional appearance and strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
