Key Responsibilities
- Maximize Profitability: Expertly present a menu of F&I products (Extended Warranties, GAP, Maintenance Plans, etc.) while maintaining high penetration rates.
- Lender Relations: Build and maintain aggressive relationships with local and national lenders to secure the best rates and fast approvals for all credit tiers.
- Compliance King/Queen: Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. All paperwork must be "bulletproof" before it hits the accounting office.
- Deal Flow Management: Manage Contracts-In-Transit (CIT) aggressively to ensure the dealership’s cash flow remains optimal.
- Team Integration: Conduct regular training with the sales team to improve "turnover" quality and deal structure.
What You Bring to the Team
- Proven Track Record: At least 2–3 years of experience as a high-performing Automotive F&I Manager.
- The Numbers: Ability to demonstrate a high PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) and high product penetration consistently.
- Tech Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of dealership DMS systems and menu-selling software.
