Basecamp Powersports Gallatin is the Gallatin Valley's premier destination for Polaris, Yamaha, and Beta motorcycles, ATVs, and snowmobiles. We are looking for a high-energy Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team in Bozeman, MT, and help our customers turn their outdoor adventures into a reality. In this role, you will be the final expert in the sales process, securing financing and protecting our riders with the best service and insurance products available. At Basecamp Powersports Gallatin, we are more than just a dealership, we are a community of riders and outdoor enthusiasts. Core Responsibilities

Secure Financing: Structure and process loan applications through our network of lenders to provide affordable payment options for Polaris, Yamaha, and Beta vehicles. 

Product Presentation: Educate customers on essential aftermarket products, including extended service contracts, GAP insurance, and maintenance plans. 

Compliance & Accuracy: Manage all dealership paperwork, ensuring 100% adherence to state and federal regulations, including Truth in Lending and privacy laws. 

Team Collaboration: Partner with our Sales Outfitters to provide a seamless transition from the showroom floor to the final delivery. 

What We're Looking For

The Experience: 1-2 years of F&I experience in the powersports or automotive industry is preferred. 

The Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, high attention to detail, and proficiency with dealership management software. (Lightspeed proficiency a plus) 

The Attitude: A friendly, customer-first mentality and a passion for the Montana lifestyle. 

The Extras: A valid driver's license is required; riding experience or a motorcycle endorsement is a significant asset.
