Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an F-15 Support Integration Logistics Specialist to join our F-15 United States Air Force (USAF) Sustainment Program team in Berkeley, MO. This role will be for BGS Oversight of F-15 USAF Development Programs under USAF F-15 sustainment team.
Position Responsibilities:
- Experience and strength in proposal management
- Process improvement experience in streamlining proposal efforts and obtaining functional partnership for ensuring on-time commitments are met
- Build and sustain partnerships in a multi-phased program with proposal activity execution
- Provide assistance within the integration team for program execution
- Establishes and manages Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals
- Establishes and communicates objectives and goals to ensure common direction and delivery of high quality products and services on-time
- Responsibility for technical, cost and schedule performance
- Works with the Functional Organizations to:
- Define and manage staffing plan
- Identify, track and communicate issues and actions
- Seek team input and drive rapid resolution to issues
- Responsibility for Risk, Issues and Opportunities
- Develops and maintains strong DoD customer relationships with the United States Air Force
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years' experience with proposal development
- 3+ years' experience managing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in logistics management and/or cross-functional integration roles
- Experience collaborating across multi-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years' experience with proposal development
- Experience with DOD or government acquisition processes

Summary pay range (Experienced): $94,350 - $127,650
Summary pay range (Senior): $118,150 - $159,850
