Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an F-15 Japan Experienced Program Management Specialist to join our in Berkeley, Missouri.
The F-15 Japan team is seeking a deputy Program Manager supporting the F-15 Japan Super Interceptor (JSI) coordinating day-to-day execution, program events & milestones, customer engagement, and leading Program Integration Office (PIO) activities. F-15 JSI is a complex program encompassing both Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Domestic Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts. The JSI Deputy PM works collaboratively with the JSI FMS Development PM and Engineering Leadership to upgrade Electronic Warfare, Radar, Cockpit, Avionics, and Weapon systems of Japan's F-15 fleet. The F-15 JSI Deputy PM has the exciting opportunity to oversee completion of system development, flight test, and manage our USAF and commercial customer relationships. In support of the PIO, the Deputy PM implements best practices, establishes and executes financial/schedule controls, and ensures alignment with the broader F-15 international portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden exposure to complex systems, support international customers (including international travel), and build experience with multiple contract types on a single program.
This position includes the opportunity for travel to Japan (anticipate 2x per year) and U.S.-based supplier locations as required.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads development of multiple F-15 subsystem upgrades including computing, electronic warfare, radar, avionics, and weapons integration
- Establish and lead On-Time Delivery (OTD) plans and approaches for tracking supplier and Boeing material/product kitting & delivery
- Owns development program work structures as well as development program and execution plans
- Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers
- Facilitates the resolution of program issues
- Supports the F-15 JSI Program Manager in program-wide execution
- Implements FMS & DCS customer and program communication and contact plans
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- More than 5 years of experience in program or project management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- More than 5 years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams
- More than 5 years of experience working directly with executives or senior leaders leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
- More than 5 years of experience in Program Management or IPT Leadership including cost, schedule and technical management
- More than 5 years of experience in implementation of Program Management Best Practices (PMBP), Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
