F-15 Associate (Level 2) or Mid-Level (Level 3) Quality Engineer

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Quality Engineer to support the F-15 team in Berkely, MO!
Position Responsibilities:
- Researches contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation
- Develops sections of quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements
- Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness
- 25 Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions
- Compiles performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved
- Perform Root Cause Corrective Actions
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
- 2+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; developing conclusions
- 2+ years experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- 2+ years experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions
- 2+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard
- Experience working with Quality Standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100,
- Experience in conducting a Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) associated with a complex technical issue
- Experience applying audit standards, procedures and techniques
- Experience as a Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, or Supplier Quality Specialist
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through diverse approaches
- Experience with drawing, reading and interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Experience in fabrication tooling, working with tooling and tooling processes, or working in a tooling technical field

Summary pay range:
Associate (Level 2): $73,100 - $98,900
Mid-Level (Level 3) $88,400 – $119,600
