Job Summary
We are working with a leading provider of corporate services and business consultancy to hire a meticulous and highly analytical External Auditor. In this role, you will own the assurance activities of assigned clients and document audit procedures in accordance to professional standards. You will work in a service-oriented environment that promises accuracy, efficiency and meaningful partnership with clients.
Responsibilities
Perform external audit for multiple engagements across different industries
Prepare statutory tax filings and identify developments that impact tax compliance
Understand clients' business and specific needs and ensure timely and excellent services
Collaborate effectively within teams and support the leadership team in achieving departmental targets.
Perform other ad-hoc duties or assignments as required.
Our Ideal Candidate
Has a Degree in Accountancy/ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent; Fresh graduates with strong academic results are encouraged to apply
Has at least 1 year of External Audit experience, preferably from a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Has excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrates high level of attention to details and analytical skills
A good team player, but can also work independently and efficiently within tight deadline
Focused on achieving tangible results and excellence at work
Skills Required
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent
- At least 1 year of external audit experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines
