Rumble seeks to hire an External Affairs Manager based in our Washington, DC office. The person will assist in developing and executing strategies that support our mission and will work closely with the Director of Government Relations to coordinate with governments and industry stakeholders. The candidate should have superb communication skills, work ethic, and a strong record in relationship management.
The External Affairs Manager should be entrepreneurial, driven to implement creative ideas and enthusiastic about managing the day-to-day operations of an action-oriented team.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in external meetings, events, and congressional engagement.
- Provide dynamic and organizational support of the company’s public advocacy efforts.
- Produce creative strategies that will assist in the development of external affairs goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key Congressional, state, and executive branch staff and officials.
- Coordinate visits by congressional Members and staff to Rumble’s livestreaming studiosand offices in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience working on Capitol Hill or in government
- Holds extensive experience in communications or correspondence on Capitol Hill or government relations-related positions.
- Demonstrates willingness to take initiative while working independently to pursue short and long-term goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal networking skills to maintain a positive rapport with executives, sales, and technical colleagues.
- Ability to analyze external perspectives and provide creative insight to enhance strategy
- Organizational skills to manage various department projects and initiatives across three core competencies of policy, advocacy, and communications
Desired Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Familiar with digital communication software and platforms
- Concise communication skills, including writing and editing materials
Annual Compensation Range:
- $67,000-$93,000 USD base + benefits + equity
