- Act as a positive role model.

Physical Requirements
- Must be physically able to age appropriately address the needs of the students for example; lifting small children, assisting with their physical needs, and maintaining control of the classroom; especially if left in total supervision of the classroom.
- Work primarily in a traditional climate-controlled classroom environment, with flexibility to also work intermittently in outside weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Must have work experience in a supervisory capacity

- Have ability to lift, move, push/pull up to 50 pounds if necessary.
- Must be able to operate office equipment.
- Ability to move around campus, inside and outside, to observe program.
