Your role will have a clear and direct impact on exciting projects, working in small, collaborative teams with a high level of responsibility. This will draw on your strong technical background in Science or Engineering, your ability to quickly engage with new concepts, and your skill in working with colleagues and clients from a variety of disciplines.

Your project planning abilities and sound judgment will help you navigate the complexities of R&D while balancing time and budget considerations. Effective communication, alignment, and teamwork ensure that everyone’s insights contribute to shaping successful outcomes.

    The key requirements for this role are:

    • A strong academic background in a Science or Engineering discipline.
    • Ability to generate theoretical and empirical insights.
    • Intellectual curiosity - whether exploring new technologies, tackling unfamiliar challenges, or understanding business models, you seek out knowledge to drive innovation.
    • Strong communication skills - you enjoy working with others, sharing ideas, and explaining complex concepts in an accessible way.
