Overview
The Design teams at CBA are rapidly growing, and we are looking to hear from a range of Mid to Senior Designer to work across our teams. These roles are a mix of Mid to Lead positions, and we are looking for a range of T-shaped designers that have that end-to-end capability with strong strategic and stakeholder management experience.
Your skills and experience
- You are an enthusiastic problem-solver with excellent visualisation skills
- You're good at driving the end-to-end design processes, from discovery to delivery, ensuring solutions are grounded in customer insights and business goals; collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Content, Legal and Accessibility stakeholders and leaders to bring stakeholders on the journey; capable of designing with a system thinking mindset for both digital and non-digital customer touch points
- You are comfortable designing across web, responsive mobile and native apps.
- You create smart wireframes, functional prototypes, and delightful high-fidelity designs, maintaining consistency with our design system, advocating for best-in-class design principles and quality.
- Recognizing aesthetic and visual design, knowing the difference between “good” and “great” work
- Experience in Agile and experimentation
- Good stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Sound commercial acumen and strong communication skill
