Job DescriptionResponsibilities
- Take part in various partner projects, working on innovative solutions
- Lead development efforts, contribute to discussions, and support decision-making
- Mentor and support team members to help them grow
- Build web applications with modern technologies
- Understand business needs and turn them into effective technical solutions
- Work closely with customers and teammates to stay aligned
- Plan and implement development tasks based on designs and requirements
- Make sure projects are delivered on time and meet expectations
- Write unit and end-to-end tests, and take part in developer testing
- Find and fix bugs to keep quality high
- Keep tasks organized within the team for smooth collaboration
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Python application development
- Advanced English skills (both written and spoken)
- Experience with Data+AI centered apps like ML/GenAI/LLM-based applications or dashboard development
- Solid knowledge of at least one application framework: FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Experience with ORM libraries like SQLAlchemy and relational databases
- Experience with Vector Databases
- Familiarity with basic DevOps tools (Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, IaC etc.)
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) for web app hosting and storage
- Hands-on experience with unit and end-to-end testing

- Hands-on experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions using RAG + tool calls + reasoning layers
- Experience with Databricks (Apps, Lakeflow Jobs, UC, Model Serving, Asset Bundles, auth methods/service principals)
- React/Angular and TypeScript knowledge
- Experience with Node.js
- Understanding of reactive programming
- Interest in working with ML/LLM-based applications
- User-level familiarity with Linux/Unix systems
