Business Development Representative - Expression of Interest
Chicago, IL
Hybrid - 3 days in office weekly

  • Identify, create, and respond (via phone/email) to defined accounts - inbound + outbound sales opportunities
  • Qualify interested financial advisors and introduce them to YCharts Account Executives
  • Ensure prospective client comprehension of our sales processes to establish positive client relationships
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions


Requirements

  • Prior sales training and/or experience with cold/warm calling
  • Experience in fintech or within the financial advisor community
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to impress and delight
  • Grit, determination, positive attitude, and distinct attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (especially via phone)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar



  • Base Salary: $55,000 annually -
  • This position is also eligible for uncapped commissions.
