Skills Required
- Passion for the outdoors and Arc'teryx brand
- Knowledge of technical outdoor gear and performance features
- Strong customer service skills and ability to create exceptional guest experiences
- Leadership and team development skills (for Store Manager and Assistant Manager roles)
- Ability to manage sales floor operations and inspire team (Store Lead)
- Product communication skills to advise customers on fit and function (Product Guide)
