Skills Required

Strong retail experience with commercial awareness
People-first leadership with ability to build team capability
Experience managing cost control, stock processes and pricing strategy
Maintain safety and compliance including petrol filling station (PFS) and forecourt requirements
Calm, friendly and resilient in fast-paced environments
Professional handling of people processes and day-to-day people management
