We are looking for a dynamic professional passionate about handling inquiries and processing orders.

As part of our team, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, collaborating with various teams, including Logistics, Planning, Production, Factory, Laboratories, and Supply Chain.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing orders and responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Updating and confirming delivery times and prices for incoming orders in ERP.
• Optimizing and building trucks/containers for different companies in close cooperation with relevant teams.
• Preparing necessary transportation papers for shipments.
• Maintaining close collaboration with internal teams.

Reporting to Factory Manager, Portugal, you will have the outstanding opportunity to agree with a truly exciting team and colleagues.

• Experience and/or strong curiosity about dynamic Customer service environments.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft preferred). Experience with CRM systems is appreciated.
• Proficient communication skills in Portuguese and English (this requirement is indispensable for the role). Any other European language is a plus.
