Main activities
Management of recurrent activity in branches
- Regularly monitors fleet using sotware and onsite review of branches
- Opens and closes customer fleet agreements in accordance with contractual rules
- Monitors and controls vehicle movements of all types
- Communicates with the shop manager and site manager
- Is familiar with all movement types
- Can prepare customer quotes and plan CD departures
- Carries out the departure and return of CD vehicles using the company's tools
- Identifies and opens claims according to operational needs
- Monitors and invoices fuel consumption
- Checks or fills in activity monitoring media (repairs, use)
- Ensures business continuity for the customer by setting up relays and monitoring KPIs
- Can manage conveyor schedules
- Organizes customer communications relating to fleet availability
Checks vehicle movements and maintenance compliance
- Consults and monitors the inspection schedule
- Anticipates, plans and monitors the implementation of regulatory compliance inspections for vehicle use
- Plans and updates all customer files for inspections and maintenance
- Is aware of cost, deadline and quality requirements
