- Expérience Minimale Requise : Vous possédez une maîtrise approfondie et une expérience concrète dans la gestion de budgets majeurs sur Google Ads et Meta Ads.
- Vision d'affaires : Vous ne gérez pas que des campagnes ; vous propulsez des croissances. Vous comprenez le lien direct entre une structure média et les objectifs d'affaires globaux (ROI/ROAS).
- Expertise Data & Tracking : GA4, les modèles d'attribution et la résolution de problèmes techniques (pixels, catalogues, CAPI) font partie de votre quotidien.
- Leadership & Autonomie : Vous êtes proactif·ve, curieux·se et capable d'agir comme référence technique ou stratégique pour l'équipe et les clients.

- Équilibre : Semaine de 4,5 jours (on finit à 13h le vendredi !) et horaire flexible (8-16h, 9-17h ou 10-18h).

- Leadership & Autonomy: You are proactive, curious, and capable of serving as a technical or strategic reference for both the team and our clients.
Some of Our Perks
- Balance: 4.5-day work week (we finish at 1:00 PM on Fridays!) and flexible schedules (8-4, 9-5, or 10-6).
- Flexibility: Hybrid model (Pointe-Saint-Charles / Remote) + the possibility to work outside of Canada for a set period each year.
