WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work closely with your product management cross-functional teammates and global merchandising, design, development, sourcing, and marketing teams to manage the product creation and advise our go-to-market processes.

You will also partner with the Consumer Insights team as needed to ensure alignment across insight gathering and implementing it into the creation process.

We are looking for someone who will partner effectively with diverse teams around the globe and across the Nike value chains.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in product creation, merchandising, and brand marketing
  • Influencing skills. Ability to drive vision and strategy across functions while respecting the balance of competing interests
  • Proven experience translating a footwear vision into a multi-year line plan.
  • Demonstrated line planning skills to meet financial and critical metric goals
  • Solid understanding of Footwear construction and story-telling
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to motivate and mentor others
  • Innovative in thought with a proven track record of applying vision to drive concepts to new space

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

These roles will lead and own all aspects of the product creation process.

This includes ensuring profitability while delivering fresh solutions to solve our consumers’ needs. You will work with the cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive the offense. You will also collaborate with merchandising, design, development, and sourcing on the footwear creation process from line planning through final product approval. You will research our product, consumer, and marketplace, manage product creation workflow and data, maintain product tools, and effectively collaborate across functional partners. You will deliver on key dates and hold yourself accountable to be a great teammate.

You will also partner with the Consumer Insights team as needed to ensure alignment across insight gathering and implementing it into the creation process.
