The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing leader to lead Women’s Energy RNWY for Asia Pacific and Latin America (APLA) geography based at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.

This role is as a leader on the APLA Women's Marketing team, extending Global plans and driving end to end integrated marketing plans for Energy RNWY with a sharp focus to influence meaningful connections with our visionary consumer.

As the APLA Women’s Energy RNWY Leader, You Will:

  • Lead end to end integration and consistent delivery of the Women’s Energy RNWY marketing plans, in line with Consumer Concepts & Worldwide Seasonal stories for APLA.
  • Drive, influence and direct seasonal and long-term marketing plans for key in-line and Energy collaboration product in partnership with Territory partners and Global Energy RNWY, aligned to APLA Women’s consumer strategy.
  • Influence and Drive Brand Relevance of diverse Global and APLA collaborator portfolio and disruptive storytelling at key sport & cultural moments.
  • Lead strategic direction to drive APLA Territory activation of ensure culturally relevant, consumer-centric approach in all marketing efforts, in partnership with Territory Energy leaders and Sportswear for inline journeys.
  • Partner with Energy RNWY X-functional team to drive integrated marketing plans and support territory teams to align on seasonal priorities, identify collaborators and ensure culturally relevant, consumer-centric journeys.
  • Leverage function expertise and recommend APLA community’s creativity to power and deliver our Brand priorities to audiences in innovative ways, aligned to long-term Women’s strategy

Who You Will Work With

We are a diverse, inclusive, innovative, and passionate team. As a key leader within the APLA Women’s Marketing and RNWY business teams, this role will work closely to engage and support territory Energy teams in APLA’s 5 territories: Japan, Korea, Mexico, Southeast Asia & India, Pacific and Latin America.   This person will sit with the APLA Women’s Brand Marketing and Energy RNWY team, reporting directly to the head of Women’s Brand Marketing for APLA.  

  • You will work closely with deep partnership to key x-functional teams including Sportswear Brand Marketing, Brand Creative, Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Media, Communications, Marketplace and Product Merchandising.
  • Serve as a partner to territory led relationships with external Nike Collaborators and ensure timely, excellent communication between teams, partners and Global.
  • The shape of your day-to-day work will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will require agility and open mindset to the opinions and expertise of those you engage with.

What You Bring to Nike

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Brand Marketing and/or PR (Public Relations) with a strong focus on cross-functional marketing.
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education experience or training.
  • Global cultural marketing experience and high understanding of the visionary consumer, the Energy landscape in Asia Pacific & Latin America and Nike’s position within it.
  • Experience leading and executing cross-functional marketing campaigns
  • Strong proven marketing experience, working with or in cultural industries generating influential global outcomes.
  • Ability to travel international (International travel required for market travel & experience activation for 15% of the time).
