Our mission is to empower the Customer Success Management team and drive strategic growth through the effective use of Marketing Technology Platforms. By leveraging data insights and fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making, we aim to enhance customer communication, improve user retention, and maximize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for our expansive product portfolio.
Goals:

Boost Platform Adoption: Increase user adoption of Marketing Technology Platforms.

Drive Data Insights: Achieve an increase in customer messaging engagement and identify improvement opportunities.

Foster Experimentation: Raise A/B testing adoption across the company and present at various internal and external knowledge sharing sessions and conferences.
What You’ll Do in This Role:

Analyze customer data and the usage of our platforms by internal customers.

Work with Jupyter notebooks and experiment with various machine learning models.
-
Troubleshoot potential data issues.
-
Set up A/B testing experiments and guide others in following best practices for experimentation.

Showcase new platform features in knowledge-sharing sessions (prepare hackathons, workshops, presentations).
-
Actively seek new opportunities and gaps in our platforms, collaborating with PMs and engineering teams to address them.

Assist in coding and setting up In Product Messaging campaigns.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role:

Experience with A/B testing at a statistical level.
-
Excellent communication skills.
-
Data science experience with statistical analytics.

Experience using machine learning models.
-
Proficiency in Python programming for data science.

Familiarity with Python/Jupyter Notebooks (or equivalent).

Previous experience with Marketing Technologies or Customer Success Management is a plus.

Coding experience (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus.
