What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
  • Conduct in-depth research on various tax issues and regulations to provide consulting and advisory services to clients.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to identify and implement tax-saving strategies for clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Support the training and development of junior staff through mentorship and guidance.

Requirements

Qualifications you should have: We’re looking for a motivated professional with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, an active CPA license, and at least 5 years of experience in tax preparation and advisory services. Supervisory experience is a plus. A strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office are essential.
