HoneyCar is seeking an Experienced Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will work with incoming leads and showroom customers to help them find the right vehicle while delivering The Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car™ experience.
You will guide customers through the entire buying process while utilizing modern communication tools such as phone, text, video, and digital platforms. This role is ideal for a motivated and results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to maximize their earning potential.
ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer inquiries from internet leads, phone calls, and showroom visits
Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
Demonstrate vehicles and present features that align with customer needs
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to drive sales opportunities
Utilize CRM systems to track customer communication and sales progress
Maintain strong product knowledge of current inventory and market trends
Work closely with management and team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
Deliver a professional and transparent sales experience to every customer
Previous automotive sales experience required
Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High energy and strong work ethic
Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
$50,000 – $100,000 annually based on performance
Compensation structure includes:
