- Extensive ocean passage experience
For charter-focused opportunities, Captains and Chefs should ideally have:
- Minimum two seasons charter experience
- Previous sailing yacht experience
- High-end guest service standards

Skills Required
- Yachtmaster Offshore (Commercially Endorsed) minimum
