Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Supply Chain Compliance Analyst - Self Governance and Compliance to join our team in Dallas, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support Boeing Global Services Supply Chain Government's compliance team in strengthening supply chain compliance processes and training across operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support compliance procedures, training curriculum development and delivery, and process adherence.
- Assist in monitoring internal compliance activities, identifying risks, and helping drive corrective actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance programs, processes, documentation, and employee learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policies, procedures, and training materials are practical, current, and aligned with Boeing standards.
- Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience in project management and/or cross-functional integration
- Experience with training, communications, and/or learning and development
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes
- Strong communication skills, Strong problem solving skills, and Strong drive for process improvement
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of direct experience with Boeing and/or Boeing Global Services supply chain operations
- Ability to coach and support supply chain employees effectively
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory or contractual requirements
- Experience developing or delivering compliance training
- Familiarity with supplier management, audits, assessments, risk identification, and corrective action management
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement, change management, and documentation control
- Experience using Boeing systems, tools, or internal process frameworks
- Knowledge of BGS Supply Chain command media, policies, procedures and work instructions

Summary pay range (Experienced): $78,000.00 - $111,000.00
Summary pay range (Senior): $98,000.00 - $139,000.00
