The Boeing Company is looking for Experienced or Senior Financial Analysts based out of Huntsville, Alabama.
Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is currently seeking Financial Analysts (Senior and/or Experienced) to join their organization in Huntsville, Alabama.
Be a part of the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Finance team supporting critical National Defense programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a someone who is looking to gain diverse and valuable finance experience.
Position Responsibilities:

Lead development, integration, and analysis of resource baselines and Estimates at Completion (EACs) for various contracts/Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)/Control Account Managers (CAMs)

Prepares and reviews numerous Finance CDRLs including Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDARs), Cost Funds Status Report (CFSRs) and Cost Summary Data Report (CSDRs)

Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience

Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, in some cases leverages earned value management practices, and supports variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends

Support development of business cases using appropriate indices

Support process improvement initiatives, communicates the need for change to stakeholders and act as a finance representative for cross-functional engagements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
-
Bachelors degree or higher
-
3+ years of financial management experience
-
Experience developing baselines and EACs
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
-
5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent
-
Experience with material and labor analysis
-
Experience working within an operations-facing finance team, acting as a Business Partner to Managers
-
Experience with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and earned value management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Level 3 Summary pay range: $79,050 - $106,950
Level 4 Summary pay range: $99,450 - $ 134,550
