Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled and motivated nurses to provide high-quality care to our patients. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment in the United States for up to a three-year period or longer. Successful candidates will be involved in various aspects of patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate and patient-centered care across various units (e.g., medical-surgical, emergency, critical care, assisted living).
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care.
Adhere to all healthcare regulations, protocols, and safety standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Qualifications:
Education: Technical Level or University Level Nursing degree.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or other healthcare setting.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English, must score a minimum of 84 on the TOEFL
Skills: Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
