Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking Experienced MH-139 Logistics Representatives to join the team in F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming.
The MH-139 is a multi-mission utility helicopter produced in the United States. The aircraft incorporates state-of-the-art technology that allows operators to complete any mission safely, quickly and efficiently. The MH-139's multi-mission capability enables the execution of a variety of missions, including patrol, firefighting, search and rescue, VIP, troop and cargo transport.
The Logistics Services Representative (LSR) for the MH-139 Grey Wolf Program will play a critical role in ensuring the operational readiness of the fleet through effective logistics support. Positions are available at F.E. Warren, WY. Candidates may be required to work any of the following shifts to support 24/5 - 24/7 aircraft maintenance: Shift times may vary:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 AM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 AM
  • Weekend shift may be required

You are applying for a Field Operations position where our employees must be willing and able (potentially short notice) to travel to a variety of locations (domestic and/or international) to meet the needs of our customers.
Field Operations employees may be required to relocate to another Field Operations location based on customer and/or management requirements.
Specific contracts supported by Field Operations could require employees to perform a deployment to a US DOD contingency operation. Employees associated with these specific contracts must be able to pass military contractor health standards for deployment.
Position Responsibilities to include (but are not limited to):
  • Coordinate and schedule on time delivery of complex parts and commodities following established procedures
  • Assist researching, identifying and resolving customer supply support system inventory discrepancies.
  • Perform audits and other forms of analysis of information; from multiple sources to determine accuracy relative to delivery schedules, inventories levels, requirements, etc.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in information to mitigate or minimize disruptions in the supply chain
  • Provide on-site warehouse support for very complex military aircraft
  • Interpret information to identify problems and supply chain trends or patterns
  • Coordinate with required organizations to resolve problems affecting the supply chain
  • Make use of and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts
  • Develop and implement solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
  • Mandates and apply policies, procedures, and practices for guidance to daily activities and other employees
  • Work under general supervision
  • Contribute and oversee the completion of organizational projects and goals
  • Interact primarily with internal and external customers. Represents the organization on specific projects to leadership and customer
  • Identify and correct conditions and behaviors that affect employee, public, and customer safety; upholding safety standards; demonstrating proactive safety culture leadership
  • Knowledge of techniques to help identify a customer's organization, capabilities, practices, support resources, preferences, problems, and other constraints to provide effective product support and technical issue resolution

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics Services
  • Experience and understanding of Quality Management Systems
  • Willing and able to work any shift (Must be able & willing to work various shifts and / or an alternate baseline schedule that may frequently change to support mission requirements and may include weekends and holidays; mission requirements and / or workload may require both scheduled and unscheduled overtime)
  • At the sole discretion of leadership, must be willing and able (on potentially short notice) to deploy/travel to a variety of locations (domestic and international) and for a variety of deployment durations to meet customer needs and the statement of work. Unless compelling reasons exist, failure to deploy/travel will be considered as a resignation.
  • At the sole discretion of leadership, must be willing and able to relocate to a variety of locations (domestic and international) to meet customer needs and the statement of work. Failure to relocate will be considered as a resignation.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Coordinates with required organizations to resolve problems affecting the supply chain
  • Strong PC skills and experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and Word are desired
  • Experience with quality management systems preferred
  • Proactive self-starter who possesses a positive work attitude and has strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, people and communication skills
  • Ability to perform as a team member and bring a safety culture that assures mission success and employee safety
  • GOLDesp database experience is desired

Summary pay range: $77,350 - $104,650.
