Qualifications
EXPERIENCED LINE / BREAKFAST COOK
Must have experience working in a Restaurant kitchen cooking complete Breakfast Menu items, Gourmet Burgers, Salads, Sandwiches, and a variety of fries. Pride in work product is required! The ability to do the right thing when no one is watching is a must. In addition to cooking and preparing food, duties include but are not limited to preparing, serving, cooking, and storing food safely and hygienically, safe handling of culinary knives, food preparation and kitchen equipment, cleaning and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and working areas, occasionally lifting and maneuvering up to 20-25lb boxes of food ingredients and putting away and storing the same when required.
