In pursuit of the lowest-latency possible, we are expanding our FPGA team. In order to strengthen this new team, we are now looking for a seasoned FPGA engineer. The clean sheet project, having started in Q3 2024, gives you plenty of opportunity to break new ground in this exciting role. You will be working together with our other experienced FPGA engineers as well as quantitative, operations, and software teams to build out new strategies and low latency solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement low latency components in Xilinx FPGAs
- Understand, design and implement trading algorithms in FPGA in close collaboration with Trading and Research
- Design, implement and verify network infrastructure in FPGA
- Design, implement and verify high-speed communications interfaces
Requirements:
- 5 years of working experience in a similar position
- Bachelor or higher degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- FPGA development in VHDL and/or System Verilog
- 10G(+) Ethernet
- Basic software development in Python and/or C
- Cocotb and verification experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Ethernet protocols eg TCP is a plus
- Experience in market data and/or order entry for financial markets is a plus
