CLA is growing and seeking to hire an Experienced Associate – Transfer Pricing to join our talented International Tax Services practice. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. The team is known for its agility in researching and navigating new and complex issues to create opportunities.
- Prepare and review transfer pricing planning deliverables, documentation
- Assist in controversy issues associated with transfer pricing
- Assisting companies with supply chain
- Help companies accurately implement and monitor their transfer pricing
- Provide a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing by preparing documents and assisting in defending transfer pricing in audits
- Model financial outcomes, valuing intangible assets and developing practical planning approaches
- Manage and schedule multiple engagements
- Develop an understanding of client’s needs to identify international tax planning opportunities
- Become a subject matter expert for the team engagement team
- Maintain technical expertise by being current with changes in industry and legislation
- Participate in local office and firm wide business development opportunities
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 year of relevant experience required (prior experience via internship(s) may be acceptable)
- CPA eligibility preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office products required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principals and tax laws and regulations related to international operations required
The wage range for this position is: $33-$54/hr
Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
