Voyantis is launching a new product line in lifecycle marketing, and we are looking for an Experienced AI-Native Software Engineer who can take it from concept to reality. You'll be the founding engineer on this product - working directly with our Product Director to turn a Lovable prototype into a scalable, production-grade platform.
This isn't a role where you'll receive detailed specs and execute. You'll need to break down ambiguous business problems, make architectural decisions, and ship end-to-end - from UI to API to infrastructure. You'll wear the product hat when needed, challenge assumptions, and move fast in a dynamic environment.

- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Active use of AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.) - this is how we work
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript
- Backend development experience (Python preferred, but we care more about your ability to learn fast with the right tools)
- Solid experience working with data: SQL, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and ideally exposure to data warehouses like Snowflake
- Experience with AWS cloud environments
- Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end: from understanding user needs to shipping working software

- Experience building products from 0 to 1
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Background or interest in marketing tech, adtech, or growth tools
- Experience with API integrations to third-party platforms
