As a Product Manager in Channel Experiences & Growth Digital organization, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are growth oriented and responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that help acquire new customers & deepen the relationships with new customers through contextualized value realization on our digital properties (Web & App). Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, impact and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers & the firm.
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product’s key success metrics such as engagement, growth, feature and functionality adoption, risk posture, and reliability.
- Lead a team of product managers, driving strategy, accountability & prioritization to deliver on OKR’s.
- Drives vision, strategy & alignment as the leader of the team
- Analyzes data, behaviors & customer impacts to mitigate risk & achieve OKR’s & goals.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience translating complex stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes in a large enterprise environment.
- Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and delivering through ambiguity with a structured, outcomes-driven approach.
- Strong communication & visualization skills with ability to frequently share product vision and drive clarity on questions/answers needed to deliver features
- Demonstrated technical and customer problem-solving skills (problem definition, platform context, and technology/approach evaluation)
- Ability to define, track, and manage product success & business growth metrics.
- Experience & ability to lead, develop & grow talent as well as build culture within a team
- Strong business & commercial acumen
