Job Description: Expeditor
Facilitating the flow of materials to and from
various work sites or departments. Working with vendors to secure the
appropriate goods and coordinate delivery. Responsible for inspecting materials
for both quality and quantity.
Responsibilities;
· Look
for ways to decrease shipping time.
· Negotiate
with vendors to decrease shipping cost.
· Create
budgets for the shipping of a good.
· Coordinate
with production for future good needs.
· Review
and track all orders.
· Keep
track of all inventory on hand.
· Work
with the warehouse manager to ensure all shipments are delivered.
· Solve any issues related to shipping delays.
Qualifications;
· Bachelor's
or associate degree in business.
· Incredible
attention to detail.
· Ability
to work with an ERP system.
· Amazing
problem-solving skills.
· Proficient
in Microsoft Office.
· Good
mechanical aptitude.
· Ability
to collaborate with many different teams.
· Excellent
communication skills.
