Success Criteria
As an Expeditor, you will spend most of your time coordinating project documentation, tracking material flow, and ensuring production schedules stay on track. They do not just react to issues, but they anticipate gaps, communicate early, and keep operations moving without disruption.
You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where timing, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration are critical. Challenges include managing shifting priorities, tracking incomplete or delayed materials, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with multiple departments to resolve bottlenecks. Success means ensuring the right parts and information are available at the right time, minimizing downtime, and contributing to a reliable, efficient production flow that meets delivery commitments.

The Expeditor role is a dynamic, entry-level role designed to keep our manufacturing projects moving smoothly from start to finish. You will serve as the central hub for project documentation, material flow, and schedule tracking. By combining administrative precision with proactive material expediting, you will ensure our shop floor has the "right parts at the right time" to meet critical delivery deadlines.

Essential Qualifications
- Education or Certificates in Business Management, Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent entry-level work experience)
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a high degree of personal initiative.
- Excellent communication skills to act as a partner between manufacturing and supply chain leaders.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and demands from various project stakeholders.
