Required Skills and Experience ​

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing international assignee/ expatriate payroll.

• Hands-on experience in managing tax withholding in payroll checks, shadow payroll, knowledge of state and country tax regulations, and familiarity with global mobility policies and practices.  

• Experience in expatriate payroll processing and management.

• Familiarity with HRIS, Payroll systems, ADP and ticketing/incident management platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow,).

• High degree of professionalism and ability to communicate with various levels of management 

• Good understanding of employment law, regulatory and legal compliance to meet country specific requirements 

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, sensitive to privacy and data management rules and detail orientated 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams 

• High degree of professionalism and ability to communicate with various levels of management 

• Good understanding of employment law, regulatory and legal compliance to meet country specific requirements 

Preferred Skills and Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business and MBA in human resources 

• Lean Six Sigma, Payroll, Compensation certification.
