Job Description
Job Title: Executive – EXIM
Location: Navi Mumbai Head Office
Description:
An Import Executive, having knowledge of Shipping, Import custom clearance and shipping documentation with around 5-7 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Follow up with shipper for shipment schedule and NN docs.
2. Verifying the Import NN Documents and forwarding to CHA.
3. Tracking the Import shipments.
4. Checklist verification and Import Duty calculation.
5. Maintaining the Shipping Line Bonds for import clearances.
6. Co-ordination with Shipping lines and CHA for error free clearances.
7. Checking the CHA and Freight Forwarder Bills.
8. Co-ordination with Warehouse for smooth and on-time deliveries
9. Maintaining records/DSR for shipments.
10. Prepare reports, documents etc as required by the company, assist in other initiatives, tasks depending on the business requirements related to EXIM.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Education – Graduation / Diploma in EXIM
2. Proficiency in SAP & MS Excel
