Leads strategic level initiatives and multiple exercise project teams, as well as select exercise program level requirements. Each exercise project team will support tasks that include but are not limited to: all planning/preparatory aspects of the exercise design process, scheduling, planning team communications, development of documentation materials, meeting preparation, exercise conduct, and post-exercise reporting for both discussion-based and operations-based exercises in accordance with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Exercise (HSEEP) methodology unless directed otherwise. Direct facilitation of exercise meeting and events will be required, as well as researching, proposing, and editing of observations and recommendations of after-action reports and improvement plans prior to review by federal exercise leads. Must also have familiarity with the BIOWatch Program and experience as a Public Health professional.
