The Junior Recruiter will support KPMG’s Talent Acquisition team in executing end-to-end recruitment activities for entry-level to mid-level roles. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and delivering a positive candidate experience while ensuring compliance with KPMG’s recruitment policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Sourcing- Assist in end-to-end hiring for assigned roles across business functions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and talent databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
- Maintain talent pipelines for recurring and bulk hiring needs
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring stakeholders
- Prepare interview panels with candidate profiles and interview details
- Follow up on interview feedback and update recruitment status promptly
- Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Share timely updates, interview feedback, and offer details
- Ensure a professional and inclusive hiring experience aligned with KPMG values
- Assist in offer rollout, background verification coordination, and joining formalities
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete as per compliance standards
- Track offer acceptances, withdrawals, and joining status
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS updates
- Prepare basic hiring reports and dashboards
- Support audits and internal reporting requirements
- Work closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and onboarding teams
- Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, and employer branding initiatives when required
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations (internships included)
- Exposure to professional services or consulting environments preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and tools
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage
