• Meeting arrangement (internal & external including conference call and video conference)

• Phone call management

• Travel arrangement

• Calendar management

• Local E-desk support

• Mail handling (distribution/courier)

• Clerical support (fax, print, copying etc)

• Workspace reservation

• Manage Time and Expenses

• Bachelor degree/Advanced Diploma in Business Management or similar.

• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience or equivalent
