Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented “Community Manager” whose main responsibility will be to create, schedule, post engaging content, and moderate community platforms daily as per company needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create graphical/written content for community management.
- Engage daily with community members on various platforms to understand community sentiment and collect feedback to share with the wider team.
- Set goals for, track, and report on community-related metrics ensuring upwards visibility as well as helping inform on metrics’ significance.
- Develop relationships with community managers from other communities.
- Develop a content calendar and come up with new ideas to engage the community
- Write catchy and persuasive captions for various contents.
- Post & schedule content properly across various platforms.
- Write engaging sales copy for sales lander.
- Collaborate with the Analyst, Marketing, and Customer Support Team to develop a variety of content ideas.
- Stay updated on trends and competitors.
- Edit and proofread copy as needed.
- Open to learning and adapting to new skill sets.
- Stay informed of the relevant industry, paid media, and paid media platform trends and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
