Job Description
The day-to-day activities:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of restaurants, both chain & non-chain restaurants with a focus on building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Help new SME restaurant partners set up their accounts, optimize menus and manage orders effectively. Work closely with different teams to improve the restaurant partner experience and drive success.
- Study performance data to grasp restaurant partner requirements, suggest areas for improvement and discover fresh business prospects for the portfolio.
- Continuing to pursue leads and successfully enrolling new restaurant partners in the Signature program.
- Offer personalized support to help restaurant partners thrive on our platform.
- Proactively engage with restaurant partners to understand their needs, address concerns, and boost satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies and changing consumer preferences in F&B. Always gather feedback and look for ways to improve skills and performance in the role.
- Coordinate with merchants on various initiatives and ensure compliance with agreements and regulations.
- Communicate with restaurant partners regarding promotional programs, commission structures, new features, collaborations, issue resolution, etc., and keep track of all related activities.
- Make sure restaurant partners comply with contracts, service level and regulations. Monitor contract terms and renewals, and negotiate changes when necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor (or above) degree in Business/ Management/Mass Communications or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in account management, business development, partnerships or equivalent role
- Experience in managing account portfolios from Sales, E-Commerce, FMCG, F&B, Corporate or Retail industry is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in other dialects such as Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and provide solutions for varying merchant needs with insights and analysis
- Ability to fuse business and strategy to handle complex and multifaceted deals
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- Have a competitive edge and thrive in a team environment
- Strong account management, organized and able to prioritize
- A self-starter who is able to work efficiently under pressure and problem solve
- Energetic, enthusiastic and calm even in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Proficient in Web-based Google Docs Editors, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and other relevant softwares i.e. Salesforce, Power BI is a plus.
