Main Responsibilities
To provide technical support, administration, and maintenance of the SAP system landscape, including system installations, upgrades, patching, performance tuning and user access control. Ensure system availability, stability, and performance of all SAP systems and coordinate closely with application, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to support business operations
List of responsibilities
1. Perform daily system health checks, log reviews, and performance monitoring across SAP components
2. Administer user access, authorizations, roles and related SAP security transactions
3. Monitor and verify system backups, logs, and storage capacity in collaboration with infrastructure and database teams.
4. Assist in SAP installations, upgrades, enhancement packages, support package stacks and database patches under the guidance of senior administrators or vendors.
5. Participate in SAP-related projects involving system refresh, environment cloning, new module deployment, or landscape transformation.
6. Responsible to manage 3rd party external vendor, if and when necessary
7. Maintain technical documentation including system architecture diagrams, SOPs, user access logs, and security audit trails.
8. Ensure compliance with internal ICT governance policies, audit requirements, and cybersecurity protocols.
