PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Under the direction of Head Of Business Development to sell products and services produce by FGVSSSB create demand creation and awareness to potential customer and regular customer. Maintain customer loyalty/repeat order from regular customer maintain tender awarded, searching new customer and customer sale visit.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/INDVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Meet the sale target set by the company.
Respond customer inquiry and received order according to SOP in Sales & Marketing Department.
Ensure all orders from customers are delivered by required period.
Actively seek out new / regular sales opportunities through in person, cold calling, email, networking and social media.
Set up meetings with new business contacts to negotiate and close deals.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing information, advice, recommending new solution, cost benefit and service improvements. To plan and conduct demand creation / awareness to customer (Potential Customer / New Customer/ Regular Customer) - Approached customer to new products / existing product.
To participate in seminar/exhibition involved by company (Related Seminar in Malaysia) and give information FGVSSSB product and services to participants.
Handle and entertained customer for product training..
Provide after sales service (customer complaint or concerns) from customer.
Visit in order to retain customer's loyalty and repeat order.
Provide excellent customer sale visit to Training Centre AKAL
Handling Companies/Subsidiaries and other GLCs, external customer and agent.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Any other task given by HOD
