KKday Thailand is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive, PSI & Admin to ensure the seamless execution of our logistics, inventory, and office administrative functions. This critical hybrid role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of physical product inventory (e.g., JRPASS), overseeing our counter service point, and supporting the daily operational needs of the Thailand office.
Job Responsibilities
1. PSI (60%)
- Inventory Management:
- Execute inbound receiving and system processing for inventory shipments.
- Manage all inventory adjustments and movements (e.g., transfers, write-offs).
- Logistics & Dispatch:
- Handle the secure and timely mailing and dispatch of JRPASS.
- Manage tracking and resolve logistical issues.
- Service Counter Operations:
- Manage the daily operations of the service counter (restocking, issue resolution).
- Conduct regular full inventory counts/stocktakes to ensure accuracy
2. Office Admin (40%)
- Office & Facilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and facilities maintenance.
- Manage the procurement of general office supplies.
- Financial Support: Submit and reconcile expense reports (petty cash, reimbursements, rental, etc.).
- General Support: Assist the business team with ad hoc administrative/project tasks and logistical arrangements.
